Running Successful 5S Audits

The 5S Audit module in our online course introduces learners to one of the most powerful tools for sustaining Lean workplace organization and driving continuous improvement. A 5S audit is a structured evaluation process that verifies how effectively the five core 5S principles—Sort (Seiri), Set in Order (Seiton), Shine (Seiso), Standardize (Seiketsu), and Sustain (Shitsuke)—are being applied in a workspace.
